Bicycle Claims (Cyclecover Gold Policy Holders)
1. Complete the relevent claim form found under the documents tab
2. Complete in full and return to Cyclecover with documents as per checklist on claim form
3. Once the completed claim form and relevant information is received a Cyclecover representative will respond within 48 hours with a clear course of action
In the event of accidental damage to your bicycle or its components you may be requested to send the damaged items to a Cyclecover authorized frame repairer. If the event of a damaged frame your local bicycle shop will be able to strip the frame of its components and package for shipping. Cyclecover only use reputable repairers with many years of experience. All work is guaranteed for your piece of mind.

Carbon fibre repairs can take several weeks to complete due to the curing process. Please ensure you return all claims information to our office in a timely fashion to eliminate any unnecessary delays. Our goal is to get you back on your bicycle ASAP!
Personal Accident Claims (Bicycle Association Members)
Step 1. Complete the Bicycle Association Member Accident claim form found under the documents tab
Step 2. Ask your association for a letter confirming you were a paid up member on the date of the incident
Step 3. Return all documents to Cyclecover including completed medical statements
Personal Liability (Bicycle Association Members)
Step 1. Complete the Bicycle Association Member Liability claim form found under the documents tab
Step 2. Ask your association for a letter confirming you were a paid up member on the date of the incident
Step 3. Return all documents to Cyclecover including demands from third parties
