Bicycle Insurance policies underwritten by Allianz

Step 1.

Complete the relevant claim form found under the downloads tab.

 

Step 2.

Return completed claim form to our office and include the following information:

If your bicycle was stolen:

  • Some form of proof of ownership of your bicycle. This could be a purchase receipt, bank credit card statement or even a photo of your bicycle.
  • Two Replacement quotes from two different bike shops for a similar equipped bicycle.

If your bicycle was involved in a crash or accident:

  • Two repair / replacement quotes from two different bike shops outlining what damage has occurred to your bicycle and any accessories including clothing, helmet, shoes etc.
  • Photos clearly showing the damage to your bicycle and to each component that has suffered damage.
    If your photos total more than 10MG please send
    them in separate emails to us.

Step 1.

Complete the relevant claim form found under the downloads tab.

Ask your association for a letter confirming you were a paid up member on the date of the incident.

Step 3.

Return all documents to Cyclecover including completed medical statements and/or third party statements.

Events

Step 1.

Complete the relevant claim form found under the downloads tab.

Ask your association for a letter confirming you were a paid up member on the date of the incident.

Commercial

Step 1.

Complete the relevant claim form found under the downloads tab.

Complete in full and return to Cyclecover with documents as per checklist on claim form, including any original and/or replacement invoices

Once the completed claim form and relevant information is received a Cyclecover representative will respond within 48 hours with a clear course of action
