Bicycle Claims (Cyclecover Gold Policy Holders)
Step 1. Complete the relevant claim form found under the documents
Step 2. Complete in full and return to Cyclecover with documents as per checklist on claim form
Step 3. Once the completed claim form and relevant information is received a Cyclecover
representative will respond within 48 hours with a clear course of action. Please note all claim determinations are made by the insurer not by Cyclecover.

Personal Accident Claims (Bicycle Association Members)
Step 1. Complete the Bicycle Association Member Accident claim form found under the
documents tab.
Step 2. Ask your association for a letter confirming you were
a paid up member on the date of the incident.
Step 3. Return all documents to Cyclecover including completed medical statements.

Personal Liability (Bicycle Association Members)
Step 1. Complete the Bicycle Association Member Liability claim form found under the
documents tab.
Step 2. Ask your association for a letter confirming you were a paid up member on the
date of the incident.
Step 3. Return all documents to Cyclecover including demands from third parties.
